In an informal interview, Miranda will ask questions and seek information to help her understand your needs and recommend next steps. Once payment is processed and your booking confirmed, you’ll receive a short questionnaire to help Miranda prepare for your call.

We require 24 hours notice to rebook in case of a scheduling conflict.

Can Miranda come to our office and train our team?

Miranda is fully remote and in most cases, you will communicate via email, Google Meets video conferencing, and inside any project management platforms your team are already working in.

In-house team training can be beneficial, particularly where your content program is undergoing major change or you are scaling quickly and bringing on new resources. You can book Miranda’s on-site training services for $1500/day on-site, $400/travel day, plus flight and hotel. These services are subject to availability and it is recommended you book as far in advance as possible.

On-site training typically takes place near the end of an engagement, to hand off your new documentation, roles, and processes to a unified team. You might also choose to have Miranda conduct group training on-site to teach an existing team specific skills such as on-page SEO, image and text copyright, developing your in-house editorial process, or web content accessibility.
